At RIDEKIT we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, standard delivery takes between 7-15 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control such as carrier delays or customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.
Free Shipping
RIDEKIT offers free shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 may be subject to a small shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days please contact us at supportridekit@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
