At RIDEKIT, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to shop with confidence.
Refunds & Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked. Simply contact us at supportridekit@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and your order number. You do not need to return the item.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that are no longer wanted or needed after delivery. All sales are final once an order has been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
RIDEKIT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing please contact your local post office or carrier first. If the issue is unresolved contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Processing Time
Once your refund is approved it will be processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
